A fair salary based on your qualifications, experience, and motivation. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement is €3,016 gross/month (full-time), with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications.
What we expect
- Solid experience in development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as React, Tailwind CSS, GSAP, three.js, and Twig
- Experience with headless CMS and API-first approaches (e.g., GraphQL, REST APIs)
- Expertise in customizing and extending content management systems (e.g., Craft CMS, WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, or Storyblok)
- A keen eye for UI/UX design, performance optimization, and interactive animations
- Experience with build tools and modern development workflows (e.g., Vite, Webpack, CI/CD)
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Openness to new technologies and an agile mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow developers
- A sense of responsibility and the ability to tackle technical challenges independently
- Good proficiency in both German and English
Your Job
As a Frontend Web Developer at our partner company noweb.studio, you will set new standards in web development alongside your colleagues.
You will work on developing modern and interactive websites, web apps, and digital experiences for startups and established companies. Your focus will be on building high-quality, high-performance, and user-friendly web solutions using modern technologies such as React, Astro, Tailwind CSS, Twig, three.js, GSAP, and modern CMS platforms.
In close collaboration with designers, web developers, and project managers, you will create scalable and clean codebases for our clients. Your expertise in CMS integration and customization, as well as performance and animation optimization, will be crucial.
Together with your team, you will optimize development workflows, establish best practices, and stay up to date with new technologies. You will take responsibility for the technical execution of projects and actively contribute to the evolution of our tech stack.
