A fair salary based on your qualifications, experience, and motivation. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement is €3,016 gross/month (full-time), with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications.
What we expect
- Completed education or degree in Project Management, Business Informatics, Media Management, Business Administration, or Marketing & Strategy
- Several years of experience in managing web projects – ideally in an agency or a comparable position
- Good technical understanding of web technologies and content management systems
- Proficient in UX/UI principles and close collaboration with design and development teams
- Basic knowledge of SEO, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo), and website performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills in interactions with clients, internal teams, and external partners
- Proactive client management and a good sense of coordinating internal interfaces and partner companies
- High responsibility for budgets, timelines, and resources
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with a high level of self-responsibility
- Very good German and English languages skills, both written and spoken
Your job
Join noweb.studio as a Web Project Manager and help set new standards in web development with your colleagues.
You will be the central interface for the implementation of web projects across various industries, coordinating developers, designers, and clients. You'll keep everything on track and ensure smooth operations – from the initial idea to the go-live.
Additionally, you'll ensure effective coordination with our partner agencies. You will be responsible for the efficient realization of web projects, offering strategic advice to clients and developing digital solutions. You'll manage budgets, timelines, and resources with confidence, promoting productive collaboration even in challenging phases. Together with your team, you will implement best practices in web development, UX/UI, and digital strategies. You will optimize processes, motivate your team, and find solutions for complex challenges.
